Hi I’m Emma Marsh
I want to teach you how to EAT well, LIVE a healthier lifestyle and MOVE more,
building your confidence to know what to do in the gym and at home.
I’m 43 and a wife & mummy to two beautiful boys! I love to eat well, keep active and still find room to enjoy my indulgences!!
I qualified as a PERSONAL TRAINER in November 2017 after being made redundant a few years before and decided to follow my love of fitness. I started off in 2016 with my nutrition and weight management and Pre & Post Natal nutrition course to become a nutritional advisor whilst I recovered from the birth of my 2nd son. I knew straight away I would be hooked! 2 years on I have qualified as a fitness instructor and have gone on to become a personal trainer and cover a range of courses!
This wasn’t always my lifestyle, I struggled with my weight at times (and still do – I’m only human), felt low and turned to food. I’d tried so many ‘fad diets’ but never really learnt the tools to keep the weight off and the idea of exercise was the last thing on my mind. Then it finally clicked!!
It took time and patience and I got it wrong many times but slowly I felt better. Healthy, nutritious food was not only good for my body it was good for my mind. I got into running about 8 years ago and was a complete cardio bunny. I’ve since progressed to lifting weights and full body exercise. This is what I want to share.
I want you to learn what your body needs and feel confident in your own skin. You’ll amaze yourself with what your body is capable of! I want to help you have a more active, fitter lifestyle and overcome any hurdles you may have.
I look forward to working with you
Emma
