Each station last 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest in between and is designed for a beginner to advanced participant. My classes are smaller therefore I’ll still be able to help you get your form right and enable you to reach your full potential with our friendly regulars and great atmosphere. I’ll motivate you to raise your game, keep your heart rate high and kick your fat burning metabolism into gear.
